Advanced Materials Inc.(AMI) was founded on July 27th, 1983 by Thomas W. Rogerson. Previous to owning AMI, Thomas owned Highline Products Corporation, a large supplier of proprietary fiberglass products for use in the Electric Utility market. Highline Products Corp. was sold and AMI subsequently formed.

Through the years, AMI manufactured custom molded products to serve a variety of  markets - including Electrical Utilities- and also built and sold proprietary machinery for the Fiberglass industry. AMI also developed and sold a proprietary molding system (Prestovac) to numerous fiberglass products manufacturing companies, and consulted on various projects on a contractual basis.

In 2016, the corporation underwent a name change, and is now known as AMI Power Products, Inc. It is owned and operated by Thomas' sons, Cameron and David Rogerson, both of whom have 40+ years of experience with fiberglass, composites and plastic injection processes.

AMI Power Products, Inc. continues to operate in the tradition of developing manufacturing and marketing plastics and composite products to the Electrical Utility market. 

AMI Power Products, Inc. uses state-of-the-art molds and equipment. produced in a modern factory, under certified ISO 9001 standards and guidelines.
